About Barbara

Starting out at the European Law Centre, Barbara worked in the City for many years, followed by senior roles in politics and women's rights, drafting and putting through new legislation on equality and domestic violence. She launched Redhammer Literary Agency in 2004. This led to her own writing and she has had one play performed publicly and has worked with amongst others

Joan Lane, who developed ‘The King’s Speech’. Barbara also set up Coolberry with Beverley Morrison.
